14th Street Office Building

The project is the design and renovation of a 3,000 square foot existing commercial building. The first floor is a single tenant space broken into three private offices, entry, and conference room. The ground level space takes advantage of a private patio which is elevated above the sidewalk and screened with a landscape garden. The two second floor tenant spaces are accessed by a steel stair and exterior walkway. The newly designed street facade is floor to ceiling glass, advantageously using existing light and views.
