Michael W. Folonis, FAIA was invited to be a jury member for the Pasadena & Foothill AIA Design Awards Program in the Residential Project Categories. His fellow jurors included Michael Bohn, AIA, Arthur Dyson, FAIA, and Patrick Tighe, FAIA. The Pasadena & Foothill AIA Design Awards provides a forum to celebrate design excellence and innovation as well as providing an arena where architects are recognized by their peers for their effort and dedication to the profession. Through publication of this recognition, the Chapter aims to raise public consciousness and foster a wider appreciation for excellence in design by highlighting the significant role of the architect in the community.
