Millennium East Village is a 356-unit development at 2930 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, California.

The project, which comes from Houston-based developer Dinerstein Cos., will consist of multiple five-story buildings on a rectangular 3.5-acre property. A full buildout of the development will feature 356 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - 38 of which would be set aside as affordable housing - and 25,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. Completion of Millennium Santa Monica is anticipated in 2019.
